DG Mhaisekar appointed as Additional Divisional Commissioner of Pune

Mumbai: In a major bureaucratic reshuffle, the State government on Wednesday transferred four Indian Administrative Service (IAS) officers in the state. 

Dr DG Mhaisekar has been appointed as Additional Divisional Commissioner of Pune. He will also hold charge as Divisional Commissioner of Pune.

Dr Mhaisekar is an IAS officer of 2003 batch and was earlier, the Chairman of Nagpur Improvement Trust (NIT) and was based in Nagpur.

DD Pandharpatte, IAS (MH:2004), has been posted as Collector, Sindhudurg, BG Pawar, IAS (MH:2006), Municipal Commissioner, Meera-Bhayander Municipal Corporation, has been posted as Joint Chief Executive Officer of Maharashtra Industrial Development Corporation (MICD), Mumbai, Ajit Kumbhar (2015) Assistant Collector and Project Officer ITDP, Jawahar as Municipal Commissioner of Meera-Bhayandar.
